In 2008-2009, Brown’s community of alumni, alumnae, parents, students, faculty, staff, and friends made a significant difference at Brown—more than 35,000 supported the University in a variety of ways, including 31,000 who donated to the Brown Annual Fund and nearly 9,700 who volunteered their time, energy, and expertise.
